5 Top Sex Tips - Tips Every Guy Needs to Know

By Maria Holland

Sexual performance in today's society is very important for a continuing relationship, so being the best you can be in bed has just become all that more important. If you do not want to fall behind other men who have great skills in bed then I suggest you follow the 5 tips I am going to outline for you in this article.

Going in a countdown

5) Use lubricant - Lubricant is really important in sexual intercourse because it makes sure that the woman does not fell any discomfort in case of rubbing etc. and for the man it helps him to last longer as there is less friction caused.

4) Use a variety of positions - break up the monotony, change positions now and again, keep it exciting. Also when you change positions your penis will be entering at a different angle and hitting a different part of the vaginal wall. This helps to make your lover orgasm.

3) Take your socks off - No kidding, this drives women nuts. It gives the impression that you are just there for a quickie and then are going to be making your way home afterwards.

2) Stimulate the clitoris during intercourse - This will make your woman scream for sure and it will also take some of the pressure off of you during.

1) Foreplay! Lots and lots of foreplay - As you may know men orgasm much faster on average than women do. So before you take the plunge into penetration bear this in mind and start out on some foreplay. It will get her going and will ensure she will have a quicker orgasm during intercourse.

And Remember...

Problems in Getting the Sex Life You Want and Deserve - Continuing With T

By Levi Reiss

Whether heterosexual, homosexual, or somewhere in the middle we all want to improve our sex life. Who wants to be alone? I really do believe that you can perk up your sex life whoever you are. We present a double series of articles for the letter T.

This article focuses on the problems and pitfalls that prevent you from improving your sex life. Another series focuses on what you should be doing. Both our "negative" and "positive" suggestions will help you get what you want. Here we examine tense, toy, and trick.

T is for tense. Don't tense up or you may find yourself in the past tense. Of course there is nothing wrong with building the sexual tension. Just make sure that release is available, ideally with the tensionee. When you get his or her attention, you can build the tension but make sure when the time comes that you are intense, and not tense. Being tense can destroy the mood and the act itself. Let's say that your previous sexual encounter was far from a success. Be happy that your partner is willing to try again. Relax, at this moment tension is almost a recipe for failure. Relax, enjoy yourselves. One slowly consumed drink may be OK but don't deal with the tension by drowning it in alcohol. Relax, enjoy yourselves. It may work this time. If not? In baseball and some courts three strikes and you're out. But not always in sex and love.

T is for toy. Don't toy with people. Promising eternal love in exchange for a roll in the hay sounds as mature as a teddy bear or sucking your thumb instead of sucking... On the other hand, sex toys are OK if you are both fine with them. Or if tonight there is no both. Don't get fetishy. If you are more attached to your sex toy than to your partner you may be in deep trouble. Don't be so shallow. A toy never says no. In fact most sex toys don't say anything at all. Unsolicited business idea: Invent a doll that says "Not tonight, I have a headache." Potential market - Millions of guys who miss their wives and lovers and plenty, plenty of gals.

T is for trick. Don't play tricks on the important people in your life. Don't do tricks on the unimportant people in your life, not the subject of this paragraph and consequently almost the end of the story. As I was saying: Don't play tricks on the important people in your life. Little tricks are OK such as short-sheeting the bed. Now that I think of it, many people would be furious and their partners would be in the doghouse in more ways than one. (Which is still better than being in the cathouse.) Play a big trick and you may find yourself on your way. So tricking is tricky. And on Halloween go for the treat.

Are you tired of all this negativity? Take a look at our companion series that accentuates the positive.

Getting the Sex Life You Want and Deserve - Continuing With T

By Levi Reiss

Do you want to improve your sex life? It seems that most people do, whether they are heterosexuals, homosexuals, or somewhere in between. Don't believe that there is a magic pick-up line, pill, potion, or perfume that will make it happen immediately, if not sooner. But we do feel that our articles can make a major difference in your sex life, and even in your love life, if that's what you want. Why not give them a try?

We have so many suggestions for improving your sex life that we are putting together an alphabetical list of what to do. We are also putting together an alphabetical list of what not to do. Don't waste all your time, effort, perhaps money, and perhaps love by putting your foot in your mouth when what you really want; we all know what you really want. We present a double series of articles for the letter T. The focus here is on tongue, touch, and treasure.

T is for tongue. Get your tongue lashing. Of course if uninvited don't go hog wild with your tongue or you may be in for a tongue lashing and be banished to the pig sty. The tongue is definitely a sensual, sexual organ and should be treated as such. A good tonguing is a real treat for both of you. Once you get the knack of tongue hockey you may want to leave ice hockey back at the rink. Unlike skating, when tonguing proceed in small steps. As things progress you can pick up the pace, and send your tongue into various and sundry regions. Just stay away from that pickle slicer.

T is for touch. Make sure to touch. Soft caresses can be very inviting; do them right and you may be invited for more. That would be very touching. Don't approach your partner like a baker kneading the dough. You can't start touching too softly. As things get hotter and heavier your touching can deepen and evolve, slowly at first. Touch, touch, touch, and finally touchdown. After a sexual touchdown the extra points can and probably should involve more touching. Isn't that touching?

T is for treasure. Treasure the moments you have together, and not only when locked in a lover's embrace. Life is made up of such moments. When you look back you may treasure such memories as much as the paroxysms of release itself. Savoring these treasures gives you the pause and strength to go for the next round, a treasure in itself.

How to Use Dirty Sexy Talk With Your Partner - 3 Awesome & Easy Tips!

By Deanna Raymond

Talking dirty with your partner can be the healthiest thing you do to add some much-needed spice back into your lovemaking. Most sex therapists agree that using erotic talk is the easiest way to reconnect with your partner in the bedroom. If the subject makes you feel uneasy, then I hope that this guide can help. So many couples use dirty talk to makes sex so much more fun, so it is time to move past your inhibitions. These three tips should make it easy.

1. The first thing that I recommend you do is to sit down with your partner and have an honest and open conversation about using dirty talk. Not only will this allow you to break the ice, but you and your partner can decide what words are acceptable. You don't want to use any words that might make your partner uncomfortable, and this talk can help you avoid any awkward situations. It also gets you both ready for what is about to come.

2. Now is the time to start using dirty talk. Do yourself a favor and take a deep breath and relax. Let the words flow naturally. You do not want to sound robotic when using erotic talk. If you have to, take the time to practice in the mirror before hand. You want to sound like yourself. Tap into the inner "bad girl" or "bad boy" that you've wanted to unleash. Everyone has a naughty side and now is the time to let it out.

3. This tip can actually make things very easy. Give your partner a dirty complement. Using dirty words, tell them how good they look physically or how good they make you feel when they do certain things to you. Just remember that everyone loves receiving compliments.

The best advice I can give you is to have fun. That is what your lovemaking is all about. And dirty talk can enhance the entire experience!

Sex Tips For Virgins - Be Super in Bed For the First Time

By Angelina Andrews

The first time you make love can be both exciting and fraught with apprehension; it is the same for almost everyone, regardless of looks and confidence. It is quite common, then, to research ways to improve your performance before the big occasion. The sex tips for virgins in this article will do two things for you: they will help make your first performance of sexual intimacy a better one and, knowing such guidelines, your confidence will be vastly improved.

Talk With Your Partner - You will both be feeling pretty much the same. Get all of your worries and hopes out into the open. This will allow you to approach the occasion with more confidence.

Help With Premature Ejaculation - It is common for virgin males to become over-excited and be unable to sustain lovemaking for a long time. The solution is to masturbate several hours before the time of intimacy. Six to twelve hours should be perfect.

Pain And Bleeding For Females - You will experience a little pain and blood loss; this is normal. You can minimize these, however, if you wait to make love until you are fully aroused. This means that plenty of foreplay is vital. You should also encourage the use of lubricants.

Sexual Positions - The last thing you want to try to be, especially first time out, is a porn star. When you decide on a sex position, do not keep changing; stick with the same position and then gradually move on to the next. The missionary position is perfect for first-timers; it is simple and you get to be close to your partner and look into their eyes which is very intimate. If you must use another position, try the woman on top position. This involved the woman straddling the man, and deciding on the depth and angle of penetration. The woman, in this position, is easily able to induce a clitoral orgasm.

Orgasm - The man should try to let the woman orgasm first. If you have trouble lasting long enough to let this happen, just try thinking of something else while you are making love and encouraging your partner to climax because you are, yourself, near to it.

The best sex tips for virgins are to talk to one another and always try to make the other feel comfortable during the act of lovemaking. Open communication is the key. Try also to keep things simple and stick with one or two sex positions. Lastly, remember that no one expects you not to make mistakes on your first time; we are, after all, only human!
