If your lover's facial expression changes a lot during sex then she is probably feeling orgasmic pleasures, if her face stays the same she is probably not enjoying it that much.
3) Does She Orgasm? During an orgasm you can feel the vagina muscles contract around the penis. If you look out for this the next time you have sex you can tell for sure whether she orgasms during sex and therefore whether or not she is enjoying it.
