Foreplay is awesome. Don't mess it up. Keep her fires burning from start to sex.
Tempo is the key to good foreplay. You have to take your time if you want her to scream all three of your names. If your tempo is off, then maybe, only maybe you'll get the first name.
Good tempo during foreplay is achieved by starting slow and working into it. By the time you're firing on all cylinders, she will be extremely wet and grateful.
Start by only insinuating that you're going to touch her vagina or boobs or wherever you're starting. Work around the main goal. Meaning: if you're going down on a girl, start by caressing and/or kissing her inner thighs. Work around up to her stomach. Kiss her over her underwear. Don't rush straight to it.
Once she's starting to get into it a little, moans are always good indications, then give her what she wants for a second or two. Tease her a little bit. Touch or lick her vagina or nipple then pull away.
This works best because once a girl's imagination gets going, you're halfway there. You can arouse a man simply by touching him. For women, they need the mental aspect too. So if you jump right into it, you're not going to be successful.
The best way to make sure your tempo is correct is to get cues from the girl. Listen to her moans and watch her body language. Is she squirming around? She probably is liking it. Is she pressing her pelvis into your face as you go down on her? She's really liking it. If she's not moving at all, back up and start the teasing process again.
Get her blood boiling and you'll have no problems getting her to orgasm. Remember the mental aspect of foreplay. It's not just about the physical.
