As I mentioned previously in my article on "How To Be A Better Lover In Bed" some mistakes are made by men subconsciously and taking the partner for granted. Sex is all about give and take and the better you give the better you will get!
Here are 5 more mistakes that many men make in the bedroom.
1. Sticking into the bum: It is very common for men who go down on women to start involuntarily playing with the anus. If this is limited to caressing and tickling or even licking it is absolutely fine and the woman will be aroused further. But this is not a license for sticking a finger or two into her anus. Unless she's ok with anal play do not enter this forbidden territory as it is a major turn off.
2. Jamming fingers into her without warning: As for the anus, when you are down on her do not rush and stuff all your fingers into her. Some men dash straight into the pants and begin thrusting as the world is coming to an end the very next minute. Be slow and steady. Start off by rubbing the inner thighs and labia gently, then insert a finger slowly and gently and see how she reacts to it.
3. Leaving her to sleep in a pile of sweaty and sticky linen: If you finish off outside her offer to clean up the mess and change all the sweaty linen. Don't do "wham, bam, thank you ma'am" as no one likes to be left sleeping the whole night on sweaty and sticky linen.
4. Coming too soon: This is a genuine problem that many men face and it is not easy for a woman to have her man come too soon before even she has had a single O. Practice to time your ejaculation along with your partner. If you feel you are about to come too soon pull out of her or slow down on your thrusts or try to contract the muscles like when you hold back a stream of urine voluntarily. Sex is all about timing and get the timing right!
5. Rolling over and drifting off to sleep: This is a strict "no-no". DO NOT turn your back and drift into a deep, snoring sleep right after sex. Instead try to indulge in some passionate kissing, cuddles and sweet nothings whispered into the ear. This will strengthen the bond that the two of you share.
Remember not to do any of these 10 cardinal sins and have a rip-roaring sex life.
