Let's face it, there aren't too many men out there that don't love sex and I'm sure if you are a male with a low sex drive you would feel a bit out of the ordinary.
So what if that does happen?
What if you do lose that sex drive?
There are many things that can affect your sex drive and its not all about that one specific part of your body. Lets take a look at some of the factors that can help to maintain a good, healthy sex drive.
A good, healthy lifestyle is really the key to a good, healthy sex drive. Did you know that men who are heavy alcohol drinkers and/or smokers are more likely to have a reduced sex drive. This is one of the biggest factors and if you can give them up it will go a long way to increasing your libido. Not only that, much your general health will also improve.
A well balanced diet will also go a long way to increasing your sex drive. There are many foods that will give you increased energy which always helps with sex drive and there are also many foods that specifically help with the libido. In general, eating lots of fruits and vegetables and staying away from foods that are too processed will make a big improvement.
The last major contributor to low sex drive is stress. If you can avoid stress or even learn to deal with it more effectively you will help to increase your libido. Too much stress in your life will leave you feeling tired and you wont really feel like doing anything more strenuous than sitting in front of the TV. Starting an exercise program, even if it is just a 10 to 15 minutes walk each day, will help to reduce the stress in your life.
By changing your lifestyle and taking the steps outlined above, you will not only improve your general health and feel much better within yourself, but you will also get your old sex drive back and feel like a 16 year old again.
