1 Simple Habit Helps Women Have Multiple Orgasms

So what is a multiple orgasm and can women really have one?

Before I answer this, lets review a few things.

Remember the sexual response cycle - Arousal, Plateau, Orgasm and Resolution?

Well men, go from the Orgasm to the Resolution phase in a pretty cut and dry manner. But not so much with women.

Because the female orgasm come in waves, it may not always be clear to you whether you are experiencing just one orgasm or a series of orgasms.

  • Your orgasm may come on like the climb of a steep and mighty mountain.
  • Your orgasms may occur in successions, one after the other, in a steady stream. Some call these "serial multiples" .
  • Or you may also experience, what's called the "sequential orgasm", which is not unlike a roller coaster track with steep peaks and low valleys, with each peak bringing new bursts of pleasure and ecstasy.

Here is an excellent definition of the multiple orgasm.

" If a female who is capable of having regular orgasms is properly stimulated within a short period after her first climax, she will in most instances be capable of having a second, third, fourth, and even a fifth and sixth orgasm before she is fully satiated. As contrasted with the male's usual inability to have more than one orgasm in a short period, many females, especially when clitorally stimulated, can regularly have five or six full orgasms within a matter of minutes. So what can you do to increase your chances of having the wonderful experience of the multiple orgasm?

Strengthen your orgasm muscle!

Where is your orgasm muscle and how do you strengthen it?

Imagine that you really have to urinate, but you can't find a ladies room anywhere. The muscle you squeeze to hold it in, is your orgasm muscle. It's called the pubococcygeus muscle or p.c muscle for short.

The stronger and more toned these muscles are the stronger your orgasms will be and more likely it becomes that you will experience multiple orgasms.

Strengthen your p.c muscles by performing Kegel exercises. These are simply squeezing and releasing your "hold it when you got to go" muscles.

You can do Kegels to tone your p.c muscles while you are sitting at your p.c. Make it a habit to do Kegels while waiting at a stop light or standing in line at the grocery store.
