A Strong PC Muscle Gives a Woman Control Over Her Vagina Muscles

By Tony Higgins

The PC muscle is a hammock-shaped muscle, stretching from your tail bone to your pubic bone. This muscle e.g., controls your bladder, and when you go to the toilet, you can locate it by stopping the stream of urine. The muscle you feel contracting when you do this is your PC muscle. You can strengthen it by voluntarily contracting it, over and over again, during activities like driving a car or watching television. Strengthening the PC muscle will give men and women several sexual and health benefits.

Women can train the vagina muscles with PC muscle exercises. You strengthen the muscles of your vagina, and the stronger they get, the more control you will have. When you tense these muscles during intercourse, they will squeeze the penis of your lover, like a hand that encircles it. You will have a better grip on the man and his penis...:-)

Some women are very skeptical when they hear about muscles in the vagina, and the ability to develop and control them. But think about women with vaginismus. This is a medical condition: a woman with vaginismus involuntarily contracts her PC muscle to close her vagina, when e.g., a man tries to enter her. This condition alone proves that the vagina has muscles. You can learn to develop and control these muscles.

It will take time to build up strength and control, but every woman who does these exercises regularly will be able to develop her vagina muscles. When you are very dedicated to your training, you can develop your strength to the point where you have to be careful not to hurt your lover.

It is a myth that you have to start these exercises in your early youth, to be able to develop control. Every woman who does these exercises, at every age, will improve the strength and control of her vagina muscles. And every improvement you make will increase the sexual satisfaction of you and your partner.
