How to Approach the Subject of Experimenting in the Bedroom

If you are feeling a bit bored with your sex life then it is probably time to do a little experimenting. Experimenting in the bedroom can help bring new life to your relationship.

When it comes to experimenting many people automatically think of the extreme crazy stuff. Please know that experimenting in the bedroom comes in many different forms.

Although many of us have a desire to try new things in the bedroom, many of us are simply to afraid to talk to our partners about this. Your afraid of what your partner will think. That is a legitimate concern but don't let that stop you.

Be gentle

The key to approaching your partner is to be very gentle. Bringing up the subject of experimenting can automatically make your partner feel as though they are not pleasing you. Let your partner know that you want to experiment because you want to increase not only your satisfaction but theirs as well.

Be clear

As stated before when people hear the words "experimenting in the bedroom" their minds tend to wonder to outer limits. So when you approach your partner about experimenting in the bedroom be very clear about what you want. If you want to try a new position then say so. If you want to try a sex toy say so. Be very very clear.

Listen

After you have expressed to your partner your wants, needs and desires give them a chance to do the same. Both parties have to stay open minding. Listen to each other with openness. This is a very touchy subject and the only way it will work for the both of you is if you communicate with each other about it. Asking what your partner wants and needs will let your partner know that this is not just about you but about the both of you.

Yes, talking about experimenting in the bedroom can be a very difficult thing to do. But, a healthy sex life is a important part of any marriage so you have to talk about it if it is something that you desire. Remember to just be gentle with your approach, be clear about what you want and listen to your partner. You will be experimenting in the bedroom in no time.
